20+ YEARS BEHIND THE CHAIR.

Kamira trained under Penny at Lynx Hair Direction in the Mount and has since built more than 20 years of experience in the industry. She spent several years hairdressing in Australia, where she also owned her own small salon, before heading to Bali with her partner. Eventually, the call to come home won out, bringing them back to Mount Maunganui. Kamira has a genuine passion for hair and for helping people feel confident. Caring, generous and always up for a chat, she has a way of making every client feel special.

OUTSIDE THE SALON.

Kamira teaches yoga, facilitates Waananga and is a Rongoaa practitioner. She also creates healing products through her small side business, Ahi Kā Collective.
